Michel Ozzello

Michel Ozzello is a software engineer with over 30 years of experience. He started programming in the late 1980s, back when COBOL certifications were still a thing (yes, he has one!)

His career spans enterprise IT at Procter & Gamble, telecom systems engineering, and 20 years at OutSystems helping pioneer the low-code category. Michel has worked across application architecture, software QA challenges, and emerging AI technologies including voice agents and code intelligence. A lifelong technologist and investor in AI startups, he writes about software from the perspective of someone who has spent decades living it.
